Winemaker's note: Warm yellow color with hints of orange. On the nose citrus fruits aroma and light minerality. On the palate is complex with dried fruit notes and acacia flavors. Intense and elegant at the same time.

Wine-making: The grapes are carefully selected and immediately go through a soft pressing. The must is left to rest for about 2 days then the alcoholic fermentation will start in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18° C ( 61-64°F). The wine is left in contact with the skins for 3 weeks, then for 3 additional months is left in contact with the fine lees.
Aging: Two months in the bottle. Alcohol: 12%
Food Pairing: It pairs well with fatty fish, white meat or even with a dessert that is not too sweet. It’s perfect for an aperitif as well, since is fresh without being heavy.
